A few tips for getting the most out of the DWR Internet:

Back Button ExampleWarning: Internal links can take you to different sections of the site, so use the Back Button in the uppermost left hand corner of your browser or the Back Drop Down menu next to it to return to your previous pages (IE 8 example to the left).

Bullet  Focus on the Top Menu Bar to drill down into the topic of interest, then use the Left Menu List to drill down into that topic.  Left menu arrows expand and collapse detailed section topics.
Bullet Almost all links throughout the site include additional information in ToolTips.  Hover over any link to read the more descriptive information about what the Link provides.
Bullet If you'd rather find a topic by keyword, use the A-Z index at the bottom of the DWR homepage.  Use the Site Map to become familiar with the site topical organization.
Bullet Full text search of all documents is now available by using use the Search box at the top of every page.  Advanced Search to search by topic and / or document type is also available.
Bullet Use the new Division Offices to view data and get news and contact information for your particular river basin or water district.
Bullet If you cannot find the DWR information you need, use our AskDWR request form to specifically ask a topical expert, or call or visit our Records Research section for personal attention.
Bullet Since nobody can visit the DWR website every day, you can subscribe to one of our notification services, to be alerted when new information has been posted for your topic(s) of interest
 Bullet

Visiting News and Upcoming Events can also keep you abreast of happenings at DWR.

Bullet Finally, we'd appreciate it if you would complete our User Experience Survey to help us improve our service!

Thank you for using the DWR Internet!  We look forward to receiving feedback on our redesign and thank you for reporting any issues / annoyances encountered.
