The Ground Water Commission consists of twelve members, nine of whom are appointed by the Governor and three others who consist of the Executive Director of the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), the Director of the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB), and the State Engineer.   Members currently serving on the Ground Water Commission are listed below.  Section 37-90-104, C.R.S., also establishes that the State Engineer shall be the Executive Director of the Commission, who shall carry out and enforce all decisions, orders and policies of the Ground Water Commission.
